Bledsoe Fort Historic Park

Monday. February 14. 10:00 am, Bledsoe Fort Historic Park. 1.5 mile. moderate. Join us as we walk this beautiful 80-acre Park, site of the original Bledsoe Fort dating to the 1780s. We will take the short hiking path past several historic buildings, log cabins and a historic cemetery. We will pass near the old Springhouse at the Bledsoe Lick natural spring and more! This historic site is working to improve and expand their trails, so only about 1/2 mile is the actual trail. The rest will be wandering around the edge of the open field to view these historic sites. We hope you can join us at 2923 Hartsville Pike, Castalian Springs, TN (located just a few minutes past Bledsoe Creek State Park where we often hike).
