Liberty Park, Clarksville, 3.5 miles, easy. There is a ∽.25 mile section of the trail on turf and a loop around a small lake with wooden tread. The rest is paved. Most of the trail runs along the main channel of the Cumberland River and a cove with a large marina. There is a tribute to Wilma Rudolph who became a world-record-holding Olympic champion. You also pass a statue of Pat Summit Head who was the head women’s basketball coach at UT and accrued the third most wins in women’s basketball history. There are four bathrooms along the trail.
