Tuesday Night: Texas & New Mexico National Parks

The Nashville Chapter will have our second Chapter Meeting of 2022 on April 26, Tuesday night, from 6-8 pm.

Please note the earlier start time – REI now closes every evening at 8:00 pm, so we will be starting at 6:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm.

After a short business meeting, our presentation will cover several National Parks in Texas and New Mexico.

In April 2021 several Nashville Chapter members went to several National Parks in the west for hiking and sightseeing. We will offer a presentation of hiking in Guadelupe Mountains National Park in Texas and the adjacent Carlsbad Caverns National Park in New Mexico. Then we headed further west in New Mexico to Cloudcroft and White Sands National Park.

The meeting location is the Community Room at the back of the REI store, 261 Franklin Rd, Brentwood TN 37027.
