Virgin Falls Trail

Virgin Falls

Virgin Falls Trail, about 9 miles out-and-back, strenuous with about 1400’ of elevation gain. One and a half hours from Soddy-Daisy, near Sparta TN. This is a really interesting and rugged hike with creeks and several waterfalls that demonstrate that Tennessee is hollow—their waters keep disappearing into the ground! Register with hike leader. Bring water, snacks, and lunch.
