Cloudland Canyon

Saturday, February 8 — Bear Creek Backcountry Trail, Cloudland Canyon GA, 7.4-8.0 miles, 1299’ el. gain, lollipop, moderate/strenuous due to a long climb out of Bear Creek. A creek crossing, an outlook or two, lots of woods, a pleasant hike. Check the weather forecast within a day of the hike, as earlier forecasts can change dramatically.
