Cancelled – Canal Loop Trail, LBL

THIS HIKE IS CANCELLED

Canal Loop Trail, 9.2 Miles, Difficult due to Length and a couple of short steep slopes.

The trail is in the woods on natural turf. We hike along both Kentucky and Barkley Lakes and may see a bald eagle. We will have plenty of Lake views, with a lunch/snack break at 6 miles.  We can also plan a visit to the Elk and Bison prairie in LBL on the way home, this will be optional.  There is a privy at the trailhead.
