Franklin Greenway Holiday Hike

Sunday, December 24 (rescheduled from Dec 23) – Holiday Greenway Hike, Franklin, TN. 5+ miles.  Easy.  7:30 am.  Meet in front of The Coffee House at the corner of 2^nd Ave., North, and Bridge St in Franklin at 7:30 am.  Come early if you want to grab a hot drink to take on the walk.  We will hike 2 blocks to the Greenway and then take the Greenway all the way to Williamson County Rec Center, make a loop and walk back to the Coffee House.  Optional coffee and breakfast after at the Coffee House, or if they are too full, at one of the other many places nearby.  Or use this as an excuse to wander downtown Main Street and do last-minute shopping.  Parking along 2^nd Ave., but also in a free parking lot at the far corner of 2^nd Ave.,S. and Main St., just 2-3 blocks away from the meeting spot.  Email Barbara Bennett to RSVP, BLBennett@comcast.net.
