Mount Joy Trail

Saturday, October 28 — Mount Joy Trail, 8.1 miles, 826 feet elevation gain, moderate, out and back. Take a wonderful fall hike on this trail near Summerville Georgia. This is a popular trail for birding, hiking, and walking, but we can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. For carpooling/caravanning, meet at 8.30 am ET at the Wendy’s at the East Ridge Exit (Exit 1) off I-75. Please register with hike leader Will Latham, (704) 365-8889. Cost to carpool is $4.
