Murfreesboro Chapter Meeting

Tuesday, May 13 – Chapter Meeting – 7:00 pm. Barfield Crescent Park Wilderness Station. Lynn Rosser will share her experiences at Acadia National Park, known as the Crown Jewel of the North Atlantic Coastline. Acadia’s 150 miles of hiking trails span lakes, ponds, meadows, and mixed coniferous and deciduous forest. The landscape rises abruptly from the sea to eight mountains above 1,000 feet. The presentation will highlight iconic sights such as Cadillac Mountain, Thunder Hole, Sand Beach, and the Bass Harbor Lighthouse.
