Promoting the development and enjoyment of Tennessee trails.
Radnor Lake State Natural Area, also known as Radnor Lake State Park, is a popular state natural area and state park in Oak Hill, Tennessee within Nashville. The 1,368 acres nature preserve lies just outside Nashville. Five miles of unpaved trails wander through the woods surrounding the lake. We are planning on hiking the Lake Trail/South Lake Trail to view the changing colors of autumn. Moderate hiking. Given the location, we will have plenty of places for lunch.
If the Columbia/Spring Hill members want to meet at the Spring Hill McDonald’s at 8 a.m., just let me know; otherwise we will plan to meet at the Radnor Lake Nature Center at 9 a.m.
No pets are allowed on the Radnor Lake trails, only on the concrete bike path. Hoping to see some of you at the Tennessee Trails Assn Annual Meeting this weekend (October 25-27, 2024).
