Sarah Benson Park, Thompson’s Station

Sarah Benson Park is part of the Williamson County Park System.
(1513 Thompson’s Station Rd W, Thompson’s Station, TN 37179). Going
south on Columbia Pike, at the intersection of Thompson’s Station Road
and Columbia Pike, take a right onto Thompsons Station Road West, just
past the Exxon Gas Station. Go 350 yards and on the left is the entrance to
the park.
Sarah Benson Park has its share of ascents/descents so it is moderate
in some areas and more difficult in other areas. It will keep your
heart pumping.

There won’t be any carpooling for this hike, it is in the middle of the Columbia/Franklin Chapter area. We will meet at the trailhead directly outside of the restrooms at Sarah Benson Park. All dogs shall be leashed, except within the fenced areas at Nutro Dog Park.
