Accessing your account
• Click on the Login tab in the upper right of the home page.
• Type in your username and password. Click on the Log In button.
• If you’ve forgotten your username, check with your Chapter Chair or email ttamembership68@tennesseetrails.org.
• If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password. Enter your user name or email address and click on the Request Password Reset button.
• Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for a message from the webmaster and click on the link to reset your password.
Updating membership information and reviewing account
• Point to the Account tab in the upper right of the home page and click on Profile.
• Review your membership information and privacy options and make any necessary changes. Be sure to click on the Save Profile button at the bottom.
• Click Payment History for that information.
• Click Renewals to move on to that page.
Membership Renewal (keep current plan)
• Point to the Account tab in the upper right of the home page and click on Renew.
• On the Membership Information page, click on the Renew button towards the top right.
• Review your membership information and privacy options and make any necessary changes. Click on the Next Step button at the bottom.
• The payment page will open, it takes a few seconds for all of it to appear.
• Once the payment page opens, enter your credit or debit card information and click on the Submit button. A Thank You screen will appear to confirm your payment has been processed.
Membership Renewal (change plan)
• Point to the Account tab in the upper right of the home page and click on Renew.
• On the Membership Information page, click on the Change Plan button towards the top right.
• Scroll to the bottom and choose the membership you want by clicking on the corresponding Join or Join & Support button.
• Review your membership information and privacy options and make any necessary changes. Click on the Sign Up button at the bottom.
• Once the payment page opens, enter your credit or debit card information and click on the Submit button. A Thank You screen will appear to confirm your payment has been processed.
If you do not want to pay online, you can mail a check made out to “Tennessee Trails Association” to:
