This is a well marked and maintained trail in the Woods. Hard to believe that you are hiking in Nashville.  Some short but occasionally challenging inclines.

Depart 8am CT from I24 exit 11 Park and Ride.  47 Miles to Trailhead.  Carpool Cost $5
